RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of our products, Tropic‑Q cannot accept returns once food has been picked up or delivered.

Cancellations made 24+ hours before pickup receive a full refund or credit. Same‑day cancellations receive a 50% credit. No‑shows are non‑refundable, though first‑time customers may receive a one‑time grace credit.

If an error occurs on our end, we will issue a full refund or replacement meal. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours for a credit toward your next preorder.
